Hello 😀. I am Aliona, a documentary wedding photographer. I am based in Bray, Co. Wicklow, and travel all over Ireland. It is an absolute honour and to be considered to photograph your wedding!
Every single wedding is beautiful and unique. It is so wonderful to see the joy, excitement, happiness and love of two people celebrating their life together along with family and friends. It is so heart warming to be able to witness all these happy emotions and capture them in photographs to tell the story of your wedding day 😍😊. Not to mention all the beautiful dresses and shoes and suits and flowers! I am always excited to photograph every single wonderful detail that you put so much thought and care into - wedding rings, wedding dress and shoes, bridesmaids dresses, flower bouquets and buttonholes, the wedding cake, the room all decorated for the wedding meal to name a few.
My Photography Style
My photography style is natural, relaxed, unobtrusive and mostly documentary. I simply observe and photograph all the big and little moments as they happen, so that you can remember and relive your wedding day with all its important details.
Many couples I worked with found it very helpful to get family photos done soon after the ceremony. Then everybody is free to catch up with their extended family and friends, giving you and your new spouse a few quiet moments together And I get a chance to take a few natural beautiful photos of you both as a newly married couple 😄.
I offer documentary style wedding photography packages for large weddings as well as small family celebrations.
